Urban Retail Properties is pleased to announce the formation of Urban-Capital Investment Group (CIG). CIG efforts will be directed towards the purchase of retail, office and mixed-use properties. There are no geographical barriers. CIG's responsibilities will be to source opportunities utilizing Urban Retail's vertical integration platform.

Seasoned professionals who will use their expertise and knowledge of the market to achieve a fair sale price between buyer and seller will drive the Urban CIG initiative.
