leasing services for commercial property located in China and other
Asian countries (excluding India). Urban Retail currently has offices in
Shanghai and Taiwan.

Urban Retail International is the name under which the development,
management, leasing and marketing affiliate of Urban Retail Properties,
LLC conducts retail-consulting business abroad.
