333 W. Wacker
Chicago, Illinois

This triangular office site was considered un-developable due to both its irregular shape and its location on the fringe of downtown. Urban Retail not only produced an economically successful project, but developed an award winning building that is considered one of the best designed office buildings in the country.

One & Two Logan Square, Four Seasons Hotel
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

This project is located on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway, Philadelphia's most prominent address and home to many of the city's major institutions. This project was the first commercial property building on the Parkway in more than 30 years. Urban Retail worked closely with municipal officials and community groups to create an attractive commercial project that anchored the Historic Logan Square area and was compatible with its institutional neighbors.

Century City has long been considered the premier office location in Los Angeles with its unique quality in the Century City master plan and the mixture of uses residential, office, hotel, and retail. Urban Retail has developed the last two high-rise offices in Century City: the Sun America Building, and MGM Tower, the headquarters for MGM.
