Newburgh Mall

Under new ownership, Newburgh Mall – new name announcing soon – will transform into the ultimate shop, dine and play destination in Hudson Valley.  The new Owners are redeveloping the entire property. Their first step is adding Resorts World Hudson Valley – a $50 million, 90,000 SF project – expected to open in the Fall of 2022.  Resorts World replaces Bon-Ton and is projected to draw over 2 million annual visitors within 45 miles and generate approximately $200 million in gross gaming revenue.  Resorts World will offer nearly 1,300 electronic games and be home to their signature lounge, Bar 360.  Moving forward, more additions and changes will be announced.


Newburgh Mall is located in Orange County, NY between Poughkeepsie and Middletown at the crossroads of I-84, I-87 and Route 300.  Estimate Total Population of Orange County is 387,768.  Of that total, 70.4% are people 21 & older.  The market’s estimated Average Annual Household Income for Orange County is $112,365, and is expected to reach $118,451 by 2024.
