Southland Mall

Established in 1959, Southland Mall has more than 1 million square feet of gross leasable area featuring more than 100 specialty & department stores, plus restaurants, movies, fitness, services and more.  The mall is conveniently located at 20505 South Dixie Hwy. in Miami, Florida. It is the only enclosed regional mall serving south Miami-Dade County down to the Florida Keys and is easily accessible through the Florida Turnpike Exits 11, 12 and 13. The mall sees a daily car count of 44,000 on US1 & 136,000 on the Florida Turnpike.

Miami-Dade’s trade area is home to numerous colleges, including Miami-Dade College, one of the largest universities in the U.S., with nearly 66,000 students and 6,500 employees. Florida International University is a close second with about 54,000 students and 11,000 employees.
