Elliot brings nearly 25 years of experience in the development and leasing of regional malls, outlet centers and lifestyle centers. With Urban since 2004, Peter also has a long history of retail/restaurant leasing experience in casino environments, having leased The Shops at Mohegan Sun project that opened in 2001. He currently leases Louisiana Boardwalk Outlets in Bossier City/Shreveport, a casino destination with 6 resorts.
